Effective communication is an essential part of college success: asking questions, sharing ideas, and reflecting on your learning. Your instructors expect you to ask questions if you don't understand something, and also expect you to contribute to class discussions. In this module you will learn how communication in online courses differs from communication in F2F classrooms. Etiquette or behavior guidelines for communicating online is known as netiquette.
